Here you can learn the ins and outs of stress and the body/mind connection in order to begin a Mindfulness practice, which will help you to resist the pull to live in the past or the future, begin to appreciate the present moment and find renewed joy and energy in your life.
Group sessions are £7 per person | maximum of 12 people per session (to start-may be expanded at a later date)
