A thoughtfully curated series of movement drills, flows and therapeutic asana designed to help you build the fundamental awareness required to build a balanced practice for both the physical and subtle body. The workshops will explore movement that is both functional and meditative, utilising principles of neuroanatomy and spirituality.
The practice of yoga is incredible in that it leaves as much room for creativity as it does practicality. Aurora and Rae have backgrounds in Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow and combine their interests in yoga philosophy, neuroscience and functional anatomy.
