Join us for Hoop Yoga run by Tamsin from Yoga Boat.
Have fun combining hula hooping and yoga moves to improve balance, focus and body awareness. If you're a hooper, this class will also help you to work on the strength and flexibility required to improve your hooping. If you're not a hooper, don't worry! You do not have to have any hula hoop experience. We will be using the hoops to aid our moves so it doesn't matter if you have never picked up a hula hoop before!
This class is suitable for all so it doesn't matter if you're new to hooping, new to yoga, or new to both! Come along and have a play!
