This monthly back care yoga class is for you if you suffer from back pain, or if you want to learn how to improve your posture, keep your spine strong and well aligned, release tension and generally sort out your back!
It is suitable for beginners and involves simple postures and breathwork to focus on all areas of the back. We will also target common culprits of backache such as tight psoas and hamstrings and weak core muscles.
