BSL Interpreted performance on Friday 9 February

by Sarah Waters
Adapted for the stage by Hattie Naylor
Directed by Lee Lyford

«I thought everything would change, after the war. And now, no one even mentions it. It is as if we all got together in private and said whatever you do don't mention that, like it never happened.»

Sarah Waters' best-selling World War II novel is brought to the stage by Olivier-nominated playwright Hattie Naylor.

A story of illicit love and everyday heroism takes us from a dazed and shattered post-war Britain back into the heart of the Blitz, towards the secrets that are hidden there. Premiered at the Royal Exchange Theatre, Manchester, in May 2016.

Venue: Richard Burton Theatre

Tickets: £13, £11 concessions, Under 25s £6

Warning: Contains strong language and scenes of a sexual nature

BSL interpreted performance interpreted by Sami Thorpe
The interpreter will be semi-integrated into the production on stage with the actors. To book the best available seats for a signed performance email [email protected]
