From The Jam, featuring former The Jam bassist Bruce Foxton and Russell Hastings, bring ‘The Public Gets What The Public Wants’ tour to [venue] on [date]

From The Jam have gained a reputation for the kind of incendiary ‘live’ performances that sealed the reputation of The Jam all those years ago. Audiences can expect to hear classic The Jam hits such as Down in the Tube Station at Midnight, Going Underground, Town Called Malice and The Modern World as well as some live favourites and songs from Bruce’s solo career. Joined by drummer Mike Randon and Keyboard player Andy Fairclough you can`t get much louder!

The Jam exploded onto the punk scene in 1977 delivering their ferocious mission statement — debut single ‘In The City’. With a catalogue that includes 18 UK Top 40 singles The Jam became the sound of The British youth and one of the greatest and biggest selling bands in British history. In 2000, Q magazine placed The Jam’s third album ‘All Mod Cons’ at Number 50 in its list of the 100 Greatest British Albums Ever

Bruce Foxton`s album, ‘Back in the Room’ is out now with special guests Paul Weller & Steve Cropper. Bruce and Russell Hastings are returning to the studio to record a new album titled ‘Smash The Clock’ for release April 22nd 2016

Jeremy Vine recently saw From the Jam and had this this say:

“Just come back from an absolutely cracking gig. @FromTheJam are the closest you can get to seeing The Jam play. Russell Hastings performs Weller’s songs with such power and finesse (he’s a lovely guy too). Bruce Foxton is just extraordinary on the bass – but then he always was. To my great regret I never saw The Jam live, but tonight in Guildford, almost the band’s home town, I felt I was there in front of the originals but with something added by the new musicians too

All my friends were blown away by this band – you must see them if you can!”
