Join Amanda for this seasonal workshop; designed to offer a celebration of the change from Summer into Autumn.
As we move into darkness we can cultivate a field of gratitude for the opportunity to let go of what no longer serves us: shedding our leaves just as the trees do in fact! As most of us know though… letting go is never easy ( and neither is change...)
With the shift in season we can be left feeling a little topsy turvy; shorter days and suddenly feeling cooler can potentially leave us feeling out of sync with a body and mind that has been enjoying the rush of Summer.
New school terms and an inner sense of this energetic shift within nature ( which might have left us behind) can leave us feeling agitated; seemingly for no reason at all. Sleep can be affected as our mood changes, leaving us feeling even more strung out and unable to cope.
We will be working primarily to bring balance: Resorative Yoga, an introduction to meditation, breath work and a blissful Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation, or Yogic «deep sleep») will serve to «re-set» a system under strain. We will leave ready to enjoy and appreciate autumn with all of it's richness.
We will share a seasonal home made, nutritious soup with homemade bread to nourish ( provided) and you will each receive a few Neil's Yard organic treats to take home with you too!
This will be the last teaching session for me before i go off for a few weeks to welcome my baby girl into the world… I do hope you can join me! ❤️
